  • What it takes to build a business that functions without your constant involvement

💡 Key Insights:

  • Being busy is not the same as building a scalable business
  • Profitability can hide serious operational weaknesses
  • A company cannot grow sustainably when the founder remains the main operator
  • Systems create consistency, freedom, and predictable results
  • Delegation only works when responsibilities and expectations are clear
  • Your leadership must grow before your business can reach the next level

🚀 Skillionaire Perspective:

Scaling is not about adding more work to your schedule.

It is about building the right structures, developing strong leadership, and creating systems that allow your business to operate without depending entirely on you.

Because the biggest bottleneck is often not the market, the team, or the strategy.

It is the founder’s inability to step out of the daily operations.

00:03:10: being occupied is not the same thing as creating processes or clothes every day.

00:03:17: ask yourself therefore one simple question what I have done today that will still create value six months from now.

00:03:27: This is such an important question that you always can answer yourself.

00:03:43: Grow Number Two trying to do everything yourself?

00:03:47: Yeah I know You are the biggest expert in Your Business And also who can do everything the best.

00:03:57: But at the beginning, that's also normal and right but later it is totally dangerous because you become the salesperson, the accountant ,the marketing person in the department customer service operations.

00:04:11: eventually I mean... You didn't do anything!

00:04:14: And just overreacting with everything and spoilage maybe all?

00:04:20: Your business is owning you and RealCrow starts at that moment when you stop asking, how can I do this?

00:04:32: And you start asking who can help me to do this better.

00:04:37: Crow trap number three selling services instead of creating value.

00:04:44: people they don't buy a coaching People Don't Buy Only A Product.

00:04:49: If you want to have a very transactional business, then maybe that is something.

00:04:54: That you could incidentally create every now and then.

00:04:59: but your clients actually they buy the confidence that you have there don't by the consulting really day by clarity on date done by marketing.

00:05:10: They buy the clothes that you bring with you.

00:05:13: stop describing what.

00:05:15: do start communicating the transformation you can create.

00:05:20: And that is a big value and the client will also connect with that.

00:05:25: on very much emotional space, if your are creating emotions between you and your clients then it's actually really big growth factor.

00:05:37: coming to the grow trap number four building business.

00:05:42: without system Every customer receives a different experience, and you don't have scalable business then.

00:05:51: You have coincidence with the system!

00:05:55: You are actually creating and be freeing basically your possibilities – your talent from coincidences….

00:06:02: …you have an improvisated success company.

00:06:07: not reinvented or re-invent those processes every Monday.

00:06:14: Instead of you should build systems, systems that reduce the stress that you have.

00:06:19: Systems that improve the quality that you wanted to deliver.

00:06:23: Systems That create consistency and Consistency builds trust.

00:06:30: And when your gain trust by with your clients You also gain referrers!

00:06:36: You will gain good testimonials in that place forward totally To YOUR business doesn't matter in which industry.

00:06:47: Crow trap number five, avoid difficult decisions.

00:06:53: Crow often requires uncomfortable conversations letting go of the wrong clients, letting even go off-the-wrong people in your team.

00:07:04: Hiring stronger people changing your prices.

00:07:09: Increasing your prices often is a very uncomfortable situation.

00:07:14: entering new markets every level of business demands and new levels of courage.

00:07:21: did you know?

00:07:22: You have to want to receive this kind of success that you are about to create and thats why your level of courage has also something, that you constantly keep growing.

00:07:37: If You Keep Making Yesterdays Decision, YOU WILL ONLY KEEP GETTING YESTERDAYS RESULT!

00:07:43: Roadtrap Number Six Ignoring Relationships is some biggest mistakes that I see here at this very moment, especially in Dubai.

00:07:55: A lot of people have relied on fast-past business transactions.

00:08:01: Tourists coming into exchange for a service money and time And you give them your service ,time & talent.

00:08:09: That is only transactional.

00:08:12: But if are building relationship nothing can shake the basics of your business, basically.

00:08:19: And if you had build it beforehand off this situation that has struck down some businesses here in Dubai.

00:08:27: uh... In the last couple months.

00:08:29: then You should know relationship is something you should actually write in capital letters and your business strategy.

00:08:40: I had just to give you an example.

00:08:42: Shortly, my fiftieth birthday now.

00:08:45: as a female entrepreneur here in Dubai even with the strong background out of the beauty industry You can count.

00:08:54: i know every spa in every hairdresser, every naysaloon, every saloon here.

00:09:00: Every clinic in Dubai and I have visited so many of them!

00:09:06: So Many Of Them has actually written down my date.

00:09:11: None of them build a relationship to actually congratulate for my birthday, from my fifties' birthday.

00:09:19: They could have easily asked Ms Thomas who's making your hair on your big day?

00:09:24: Are you celebrating?

00:09:26: let's congratulate the first thing.

00:09:29: Actually thirty days before Your Birthday and with that You are creating revenue.

00:09:37: Let this person come short before their birthday, always in.

00:09:41: I would have been so happy about that but you guess what?

00:09:45: Nobody has learned how to build a relationship!

00:09:49: So especially the service market in the hospitality industry.

00:09:54: A lot of people falling down now on a very hard ground because they have not learned how to build a relation.

00:10:04: and if you built, in your business ,a different environment that is actually built with relations then this is one of the biggest lessons.

00:10:21: always build it through people, opportunities come.

00:10:24: Through conversations partnerships and recommendations.

00:10:28: only because throughout this tension of the months I have took all of the partnerships All of the relationships that i built in our last past six years here in Dubai out on a consistent base And I held really good contact.

00:10:49: That's why So many referrals during this time, and I'm very grateful for that.

00:10:56: And i can only say This is very very Rewardable if you put some intention in That partnerships recommendations and trust bring You forward especially in the Middle East.

00:11:10: Relationships, not only a nice ex-wife.

00:11:13: they are one of the greatest business assets you can build here in the middle east.

00:11:18: your network is NOT ONLY WHO YOU KNOW IT'S WHO YOU TRUST AND WHO THEY TRUST.

00:11:25: TO ROLL NUMBER SEVEN.

00:11:28: Thinking too small sometimes IS THE BAKEST LIMITATION.

00:11:33: THINKING TOO SMALL SOMETIMES Yes, that's true.

00:11:36: You're sometimes thinking too small.

00:11:38: I have always been little kind of parameter.

00:11:42: if you goes your projects are not a little bit scary in one point then they are simply to small.

00:11:51: the biggest limitation isn't The market it's not the economy It's not your competition is your own vision.

00:12:00: so ask yourself this If I had to grow this business ten times bigger, what would I stop doing today?

00:12:09: That single question changed everything in your growth process because scaling doesn't just begin with the strategy.

00:12:17: It begins also with a perspective of your attitude and courage!

00:12:23: So... What is the biggest lesson from today's

00:12:26: episode?!

00:12:30: doesn't stay small because entrepreneurs are lacking of talent.

00:12:34: Most businesses are staying small, because entrepreneur keeps solving only today's problems instead of building tomorrow's company.

00:12:45: Growth isn't a luck!

00:12:46: Growth is also not only leadership.

00:12:50: growth is leadership structure execution and all above both is a choice.

00:12:58: thank you for listening to this episode and I'm wondering what is your biggest point that you would like to grow at?

00:13:06: And, What Is Your Blind Spot?

00:13:07: Write me in the comments.

00:13:23: That is actually exactly my way, because it's not only about business.

00:13:27: It is about you having the first step done to the next level of growth and that why I am looking forward to support somehow in keeping your businesses to build helping you learn and never stop growing!
